  Leigh's has installed and serviced many of my HVAC units at home and rental units and has been responsive and professional. Regarding the negative post of 2 weeks ago they came out on multiple occasions to check the system at our rental unit which is about one year old. On the first visits the system was operating correctly so no action was taken. Subsequently the unit had stopped cooling. and they found that the drain ling and drain trap had be come clogged with sludge ( dust, dander etc. that gets by the filters). After cleaning out the gross sludge the HVAC functioned normally. The reason it was not caught on the first two visits was that the line eventually drained down allowing the unit to operate until the line again filled shutting down the unit. Lesson learned : Change filters often and perinodal flush out the drain line.

  Heat does not heat and now that winter is here heat does not heat. The units are under sized for our home.
