  We called Ellis when we were not able to get a response from our builder or their HVAC contractor. Our system is still under warranty. Ellis came within a couple of hours and had us up and running very quickly. The service tech was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Ellis will be our go to going forward.

  We discovered a mold problem 1 month after they serviced our heatpump. We also had to replace the capactor. Both items should have been detected when we had our unit serviced by them!
