  We had the best service from Bob P. He is fantastic and did a complete 6-month service and also took care of the split unit on the back porch which I did not realize had not been listed for our household. He is a full-service person and did not leave until all issues had been resolved. I hope that we can keep him as our service rep going forward. He is the best. One Hour has given us great service since we moved here, and I would recommend them to anyone for their HVAC service.

  The technician we had was Jojo Richards. Definitely the best tech we have had. He was very professional and personable. Felt more like talking to a friend than a repairman. He quickly found the problem in our ac system and gave us all of our options. Jojo was honest about how we could fix our ac for the most economical price but also gave us information on what a new ac system would cost us. He also showed us how it would benefit us to invest in a new ac system with a warranty. He was not pushy at all. He explained our options and let us make our decision. Jojo also left us his phone number in case we had any questions or issues he could help with. He really made the bitter pill of spending thousands of dollars we hadn’t planned on spending a lot easier to swallow.

  John did a great job for us. He came in asking if we were having any problems with our heating system, b/c he was there to do our 6 month service. He did all the checks on both the ac and the furnace systems, cleaned out the dryer vent and changed out the batteries in the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors w/o me having to ask him to do that. He was very professional and courteous.
