  HONEST ,FAIR , QUALITY WORK. I can't say enough good things about the great people in this family run business . I recently had to have my heating and A/C replaced ,never something you want to do but these guys made it less stressful. Chris and Matt worked hard to help me understand the process ,also adding a few nice touches to make it easier for me to change my filter monthly. Truly thankful for all you did.

  Would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Very professional staff that takes their time to make sure the job is done right at a fair price. Lee’s has gotten me out of several binds this summer and and forever grateful for their help. I cannot say enough good things about the company it Chris.

  They told me over the phone that they could pull permits and they came out and gave me an estimate that I agreed to, but when I asked them to pull the permit they said “we shouldn’t need a permit for that” so I said ok I’ll verify with the city and call you back. I called the city and they said that they would need a permit so I called him back and told him and he said he’s going to pass on the job. Complete waste of my time. If you can’t pull permits just say that the first time. Very unprofessional!!! Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!!!

  On July 7th we received a call from an individual who identified himself as Mr. McCants, a contractor involved in the construction of a bathroom in an existing home. The caller asked for our company to come to said home and determine the cost of installing a heating and cooling duct line to the bathroom. Representatives of Lee's Heating and Air reported to the jobsite on time and determined the cost of installing the aforementioned duct in a professional manner. They communicated the proposal to Mr. McCants and he agreed to the work. Approximately one hour later, we received a text message from an unidentified person (however, from the phone number we were given to contact Mr. McCants) that stated that they were "installing a bath fan and ventilation" and that they needed "a small alteration permit" pulled and requested that we "add that to the quote and get that permit pulled". To pull a permit for work performed by a contractor that is not Lee's Heating and Air would be a violation of our state license. There is no situation in which Lee's Heating and Air would engage in such an unethical and illegal business practice. We have more respect for our business, our future, our employees and their futures, and our customers. We will not apologize for operating our business in an ethical and legal way, and we will not "pull permits" for work that we have not done ourselves.
