  I had a water heater installed in December of 2020. I had called ahead and was told the rate was $125 per hour and that the typical install time was about 3 hours. I had removed the old water heater myself and got everything ready to go. Two guys showed up and they took 1.5 hours to install, as expected. They did good work too. They billed 3 hours (1.5 x two people) but charged me $250 an hour for 3 hours. They charged me nearly $1000 for this job that should have been $400 - $500. I called the guy I originally spoke to and complained and he came up with a story that I was supposed to be charged $200 an hour instead of $250 an hour after telling me previously the hourly rate was $125 per hour. So I was charged around $760 for a $400 to $500 job. I will never do business with them again. Stay away from this company and find a plumber who is honest.

  Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate all feedback even for learning experience. This water heater installation was not a typical install. It was a hybrid water heater and the person who originally quoted the price should have been more clear about that. Our apologies for the miscommunication. I only wish that so much time hadn't passed since this came to our attention. Thank you again for your feedback.

  It has been several years ago since they were doing a clean up. It took forever to complete, and some damage was done to the furniture. Would not recommend.
