Our old furnace failed during the coldest winter days. Hendrix Heating & Air Conditioning responded quickly and installed a new furnace. Unfortunately, the new unit proved defective. Rather than leave us in the cold while they got repair parts, Hendrix went to great effort to quickly obtain a replacement furnace and replace the defective unit. We slept warm that night! The new unit is performing flawlessly. Hendrix's service and integrity are second to none!

We were SO IMPRESSED with Hendrix! We left a message right after the snow storm and thought we would not hear from them right away, but we sure did! They asked us if it was an emergency and since it wasn't we only had to wait LESS than a week! Sean came over and did an assessment of our situation and immediately gave us his recommendation which was most reasonable. The gentlemen who came to install the furnace were in well marked vehicles and very professional! It was a treat to see each of them know just what needed to be done. Our new furnace works like a charm and a week after the installation Sean came back to do a walk through and see if we had any questions or concerns. We can't recommend them highly enough! At this day age, customer service doesn't seem to be a priority for many businesses, but we are happy to say Hendrix is still most impressive in the customer service area!

My furnace went out on the holiday weekend. I got prompt and courteous service. He did a temporary fix to give me heat while the part was ordered. I was kept informed through the whole process including the cost. Very professional service. The part came in and the furnace repaired. I am very pleased with the service.

My forced air furnace was giving me trouble and seemed to be on it's way out, so I called around to a few places to get quotes for getting it replaced. When Sean from Hendrix came out to look it over and give us a quote, he not only came in with the best price on the quote, but while looking over our existing furnace noticed that it hadn't been properly configured by the other company that had installed it in the first place. Sean obviously knows his way around furnaces, and couldn't help but re-configure my furnace for me while he was here, for free. To be honest, I wasn't sure that that could fix it, but after the cold spell he went through, the furnace is still running and better than ever! He saved me hundreds of dollars, and a lot of work. I don't know if all your techs are as knowledgeable and professional as Sean, but I highly recommend Hendrix, and a special thank you to Sean!

In the process of remodeling our house, the thermostat was removed. When it was reinstalled, it would not work. We called Hendrix Heating and Bobby came out within an hour and found the problem, fixed it, and did a recheck of all systems.  He was professional, polite and thorough.  I really appreciated his attention to detail.  Thank you, Bobby and Hendrix Heating for the great work that you do!

Gabe arrived within the time frame promised. He was courteous and pleasant. He inquired if we wanted him to wear a mask for Covid protection. He automatically put on shoe covers to protect floors from dirt/mud - which was appreciated. He explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it.  When he found a problem with system he explained the problem so that we were able to understand the issue. He was able to fix the issue in a timely manner. When we asked him questions he was able to explain the answer well. Overall, it was good service provided by the Hendrix team and especially Gabe, the technician. Thank you!

Alex was very professional and easy to talk with about furnace maintenance. He was prompt and understood our need for covid precautions. I also appreciated his heads up about an older furnace that will need replacing in the not too distant future.

I was very pleased with the service that Bobby provided. He diagnosed the problem correctly upon hearing the noise the fan was making. He also noticed it was off level. He got the part ordered and installed within one week. He did a very professional job answering all of my questions and was courteous and prompt.
Because the last maintenance call did not detect anything wrong even when it was making loud noises and my questions when I called the office not getting answered to my satisfaction, my confidence in Hendricks heating was beginning to slip quite a bit. Bobby's service help to restore it back to at 10!

Excellent company.  Saved us as our furnace went out on the coldest day of winter.   Brought floor heaters for us and did an emergency install.   Sean is a good man.   Very reputable.   Great communication from all staff.

I called requesting information on getting AC. They came out, explained that a split system would provide heat and AC. They gave me a quote and I purchased the system. When installers came out they were obviously very experienced. They were fast and professional. After installation they explained how the system worked and how to use the remote. Overall a great buying experience.
