We have had Greg's Heating and Air Conditioning service and provide maintenance for our heat pump/furnace for the past few years.  Each time they were here they were very professional and detailed on their analysis of the systems and their needs. The cost for their service was also less than other local competitors the last time I checked around to compare. I would highly recommend them as a local team that does a great job!

Great service and fair prices.  I called three local companies and left messages to please call back.  One never returned my call, another returned the call the following day and Greg’s called within the hour and had a technician out that day.  The bid for our furnace replacement was more than fair.  The technicians that installed our furnace today were excellent and their work looks great.  I’m so glad to be warm again!

After another local heating and air company ‘tried’ to fix our heat pump system resulting in a variety of parts ($$$) and labor ($$$) costs, we called Greg’s Heating & Air Conditioning and boy am I glad we did!

The new owner of Greg’s personally came out, took a look at our system and pinpointed exactly what the issue was, and ordered the part that fixed our heat pump. We were up and running in a day which was terrific, after having had the other company spend the better of a couple of weeks troubleshooting.

Had our heating/air unit blow out in the beginning of the winter. Had two other companies come out and say the whole unit needed to be replaced. Greg’s came out and said a couple wires were blown out from wear and tear. Awesome company, amazing service, and super nice people. Definitely would recommend.

I had Greg's install a brand new system in July of this year (2021). Gavin and his crew Jeremy and Matt were amazing! They were respectful, professional and  gave us great customer service! Gavin was very responsive and honest when answering my millions of questions. They installed ducted heating and air conditioning system in my home that was not meant to ever have a ducted system. They made it work and the installation took less than two days!! Everyone that I have spoken with at Greg's was extremely helpful and professional. Greg's has continued to be helpful with any questions about our new system. They even sent out a tech, that same day I called, at no charge, to look at my system when it had an error message on the thermostat. They saved us this summer! This was the best purchase I have made in a long time! I would recommend Greg's Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone looking for a new system!!

The process of requesting and deciding upon a final quote on a heating system as well as installation all went very smoothly.  I appreciated the responsiveness when I called the office for clarification on the quotes.  Also, the installation went very well as the two technicians, Raffy and Matteo, I believe, were very professional and careful in their work.

Raffi is a fantastic technician! Personable and professional. Everyone of my encounters with ALL of Greg’s staff over the years from installation to maintenence have been stellar!

Raffy came today for the yearly maintenance for my HVAC system. He alerted me when he was on his way, he was warm and friendly, he worked efficiently and was an overall delight to have as my HVAC technician!

Zach was extremely professional and methodical. He took his time and was very thorough. I mentioned our house seemed imbalanced between the upstairs and downstairs. The previous installer (not Greg's) didn't install a dampener in one of the main runs. He diagnosed the problem, came out the next day and made the repair. The new dampener was very reasonably priced. Overall he spent 4+ hours making sure everything was in order and all the rooms were getting equal air flow and temperatures. In all his extra time spent, the price never changed from what was originally quoted. He even found a crimp in one of the ducts to the kids room and straightened it out. I am extremely impressed.
