LeAir installed a new furnace and AC unit in the house I recently purchased (installed in 2018). They installed the wrong size furnace (it’s too big). It’s so big that the unit overheats itself and shuts down. The second thing they messed up was not supporting the PVC vent pipe. It slid down over time and broke the seal at the roof, allowing water in. The third item they messed up was using 3” collars to penetrate the roof, but only installing 2.5” PVC. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars and hours of my time to fix all their mistakes, and I’m still stuck with an oversized furnace (and AC unit) at the end of the day. A recommendation I can make is to hire Andy at WCS Heating and Air Conditioning. Unlike LeAir, he knows what he is doing.

My furnace and heat pump are due for annual service and it appears this phone number has been disconnected. Connie has been non responsive to service issues for some time now. I needed service last year and she never called me back so I contacted Hunt services and they came out the same day to fix the issue with my heat pump and my furnace. I do not know who to call regarding the warranty on furnace and heat pump.

I rarely post business reviews, but I felt compelled to do so here. I'm not exaggerating when I say this was the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. Ever. The owner (Connie LeAir) inherited the company from her deceased husband, and she has no understanding of the business--or any business for that matter. My original boiler installation was done incorrectly and with poor quality of product and worksmanship by inexperienced workers. Not surprisingly, the only experience tech has since quit. Numerous repairs were immediately necessary, but my requests to fix the many problems were rarely if ever responded to. Gas leaks were detected because of faulty installation. Connie's repy: "call PSE". The boiler was defective and quit running numerous times; my house was without heat for months at a time. Initially I was quite patient, but the owner never seemed the least bit concerned I was without heat for all of Oct and Nov. Despite LeAir's warranty and after two months without heat, I was forced to contact the boiler manufacturer myself to get a replacement boiler have have it installed. The owner agreed I was due a significant refund for their very poor work and all my time and inconvenience dealing with the problems. The job is still unfinished, but Connie has refused to return any of my calls nor issued a refund. If this company is not closed now, it will be soon. Please heed this warning.
