  Used Lawes to replace our hot water heater. Was previously a customer for over a decade. The heater has given my family nothing but problems, plateauing in heat and never reaching full temperature. The company representative, Steve, was absolutely dismissive to my father. He quite literally would not let him get a word in. He has been saying that he is “too busy” to attend to the problem and blaming the boiler system. It is the middle of January and my two year old daughter has been taking lukewarm baths at its best and cold baths at its worst. Their arrogant disposition will have me reviewing their “two year contract with complete coverage”, as he has attempted to charge my father 600$ for parts that were a band aid solution to the problem (and under warranty). With labor shortages, I am absolutely sympathetic to short handed businesses. However, the company representative was rude and passive aggressive. Despite him being “too busy” to send somebody to establish a solution, or even to connect us with a call to Energy Kinetics, he was able to hastily send someone to collect the “new parts”. I will be reviewing the contract/warranty and hopefully terminating.

  My family has been doing business with Lawes for DECADES. They are reliable, try to save money by delivering oil when it is cheap and come when called for repairs and emergencies. Great technicians!

  Very nice people in office. Always responsive and make delivery quickly. Gwen is always helpful.
