  Perhaps the slowest, laziest, and worst quality contractor I have ever dealt with. Took over 2.5 months to install 2, 2-ton AC units and run some duct work because they mostly only work 2-3 hours a day. Both units leaked water. The attic unit caused property damage, they fixed it after I told them what to do. The basement unit is still leaking but they never return my calls to come to fix it. Crooked vents in ceilings and floors, cracked wall and ceiling from air return duct install I had the repairs quoted, and they did take money off the total bill. They cut a hole in the basement wall for a return but cut it in the wrong place then didn't even patch it up properly on the outside. On the actual return duct, they did not initially run the duct through the wall just left it open for nasty air to be sucked in from a crawlspace, I had to tell them to fix that too. They left a terrible mess in the basement and refused to clean it up. I could go on with all of the horrible experiences but you likely get the point. You get what you pay for with this company, they are cheaper than the rest but for your own sanity and peace of mind, go pay more from a quality contractor. UPDATE: unit installed in the basement is not leaking anymore after we hired another company to fix the shoddy return duct install. Basically the return vent was not big enough and we had to add another return vent. The whole system was starving for air. Do not hire this company.
