  I only gave him a 1 cause 0 isn’t a option. I called him he gave me a date to meet to give me a estimate and do the Job I called him a hr. Before to check and make sure everything was good to go. He said yes I waited at my shop from Noon to 1pm when he was supposed to be here and it’s now 2pm he has not showed or called me to let me know if he be late. And I have called him multiple times and it’s goes to a full voicemail box. Was horrible at communicating and very hard to get in touch with when I did talk to him.
