  Great service. Came to the house same day as my first call. Quickly diagnosed the issue, provided the temporary fix to get the heat going and had a crew onsite two days later to fix the issue permanently. Very personable team that kept me informed of my issues. No unexpected change orders and got the work done on time.

  Emmanuel quickly spotted the problem with heat/ac distribution. Recommended one of three parts be replaced. He said the type used when installed had a known expiration time of service. Decided to replaced the other two as well. After completing the job he explained how the units worked, in case we wanted make adjustments in the future. Overall great service. Would highly recommend Landen and Emmanuel.

  I have had two excellent experiences with Manny over the last few months. Our air blew out on one of the hottest days of the summer and he was efficient, prompt, professional, and personable! I was delighted to see a "familiar face" when we had the unfortunate event of the heat not working...on the coldest day so far with a brand new baby home! Manny was quick, got the job done, and showed us what was going on and walked us through everything with patience. We are very impressed overall, and the woman who made our appointment was also pleasant and quick to get us on the schedule!
