I was difficulty installing my smart thermostat. The wiring required was a bit over my head. I texted Ben and explained my problem with a few pictures asking for advice and to have him potentially come and fix the system. Mind you this was on a Saturday on Labor Day weekend. Ben promptly responded and let me know I needed to plug in to C-wires in the splitter box located on top of the furnace into the appropriate ports. No charge for his time. It saved what could’ve been a nightmare on a hot weekend. Thank you Ben!

We received Excellent service today from Ben! Very professional, courteous and punctual. He fixed our leaking AC in no time and now our home is nice and cool 🧊🧊 Highly, highly recommend him! He was super reasonably priced also! We will definitely use him again in the future.
