  Aaron and crew did great work. Prompt replies to all communication from the initial quote through install day. They moved some ducting for our remodel and made it look good. They were very good about covering floors and being tidy while working. I recommend them for your HVAC work.

  We were planning an "out of season" (meaning non-summer) AC and Heating replacement as ours was from the original build (20 years old) and fairly undersized for the house. We had noticed it struggling last summer so wanted to get ahead of it and get it done before it dies during one of Folsom's lovely 106 F days. We shopped price and Vaughn's was the only company we found that had a decent price with everyone else trying to oversell and do the hard sales push. Aaron and his crew did a great job knocking everything out, were very respectful of our home and tried to make sure everything was done exactly as expected and discussed. The city inspector even said "Wow, they did a really good job!". Everything met or exceeded expectations. I would recommend them to anyone who asked (and even those who didnt ask).

  Called Aaron for some help with thermostat wiring issues with new smart thermostats. Aaron was super responsive, got back to me right away and was able to fit me in the same day. In addition to solving the problem I had, he also took the time to inspect and walk me through the whole system since we just moved in.
