  I am a general contractor that specializes in elevator modernization. These guys have helped me out of several jams. Their service, quality and attention to detail is second to none.   I hired Lake Electric in January of 2020 to repair five decorative street lamps at my church, which weren't coming on at night. I had tested the photo sensor and replaced the breaker, which was tripping. I asked them to debug the circuit and while they were there, to convert the lamps to LED to get rid of the ballasts. They simply did the conversion, which didn't fix the problem. On (3) subsequent visits they replaced the photo sensor and the breaker, then split the circuit in two, then finally found the short that was causing the problem. I was shocked when they charged us for 4 trips and over $2000 for what should have cost a fourth as much if they had done it right the first time.

  I only talked to the lady on the phone, she was great. For residential they told me that it was $87 an hour from the time that they leave their place until the time they get back to their place. I don't have money to burn so I didn't bother
