  Well, first let me just tell you that this company lives up to the name! Literally they are ready on the spot! A friendly, very polite crew, as well as knowledgeable. The owner was very informative, as well as helpful and even encouraged me to do my own research and education about the products (which I really appreciated since I had to buy a whole new system- heat pump). These guys came recommended and the trend continues because I will recommend them as well!

  Worst HVAC experience ever. I pray no one will use these people because they have no idea what they are doing and don't care. I just paid Canella to rewire the system they put in because the wiring was faulty. Either they are incompetent or they are dishonest. Maybe both.

  From the office lady (who I spoke with over the phone) to the repair guy our experience (my dad and I) with them was outstanding! I was super frustrated after getting the run around with the warranty company who introduced us to Johnny on the Spot. The office lady was pleasant and happy to help. After the repair guy found the problem he took the time to set and explain to my dad what the issue was and what he had to do to fix it. I will definitely recommend Johnny on the Spot to anyone with heating and cooling issues. Thanks again Signed a very happy customer
