The technician Vladimir was real expert in the HVAC field, so excellent technicuan. He analyzed the problem in 5 minutes and fixed it right away. He was so professional and his manner also was so good & polite. I think the LA Standard HVAC Inc. should be so proud of having him as an employee.

This company installed a brand new Carrier Air Conditioning system, after a few months when the weather got cold, the heater stopped working.  Company was notified of the problem, the technician showed up but he did not do anything and he said the owner or manager of the company will contact you, I have not heard from anyone for the past 3 weeks, I left a few messages and texted the manager, but no return call or follow up. I would not recommend this company to anyone.  If I could have a -0- star or negative I would have given that.

Been waiting three months now to fix hear.     Absolute worse experience I’ve ever had and I own 17 properties.      Never have I worked with a business the poor in all my home repairs.    This was through American Home Shields who approved the repair.  Please do not use.    I plan to pay this week and cancel the American home shields. Not worth 1500 repair to be Witt out heat for 3 months

I hired LA Standard HVAC for my immediate AC repair needs. I found the customer service to be responsive and the repair service itself to be very reliable. The technician that came out was able to immediately and successfully pinpoint the issue with the AC unit.

The problem was fixed in about half an hour and now there is no problem with the airflow in my home. Thank you for setting this issue straight in your first attempt. I have dealt with companies who have made several failed attempts at repairing things, so this is a very positive outcome. Thank you again.

Technician did not even open up the unit. Left after 2 minutes and said maybe just install a new unit.  This is the second time they have been out we called. The unit will cut out for a few hours and come back on. Told us to call back when it cuts out. We called the and they told up to call somebody else and get another opinion. Very unprofessional

They outperformed my expectations for AC repair. Since my husband and I failed to fix my AC on our own, we realized that the issue was probably more severe and undetectable frommour untrained eyes. Sure enough, the technician that came out pinpointed an issue that we would of never been able to catch with our level of experience.

There was a part inside the unit that had gone faulty and needed immediate replacement. They had to order the part. Once it arrived, the same technician came back out and installed it. Very smooth process. Problem is fixed and there is cool air circulating throughout our household again. Rejoice!

This AC company transcended my expectations by coming out to service my AC on my day off, which was 2 days after my initial phone call. The repair was affordable and resulted in the cool air blowing profusely. I don’t think my AC has ever been as functional as it is now, even when it was working. Whatever the tech from this company did, he made the air pressure come out more prominently, thus increasing the total comfort in my household. Thanks

Came bc insurance company sent them. Said nothing was wrong when something definitely was. Had to call another company on my own dime to tell me whats wrong anf fix it.

BE AWARE! No idea how this company has above 4 stars - I'd leave 0 if I could. They came to fix a ductless split unit that had a leak (prepaid service),  but insisted I pay over $200 to fill it with coolant while knowing it had a leak (admitted by one of their associated afterwards). They now claim that they do not work on these units and can't do anything to help my case. Had another technician from a reliable company come service the unit and he was speechless by the fraudulent story and advised me to call my bank to cancel the charge.
