  Cipriani’s was fantastic. They have serviced our furnace and AC a few times and we’re prompt, professional and more than reasonably priced. Extremely knowledgeable. Listened to our issues and found the best solution for our aging furnace. When it came time for a new furnace and AC unit, the price could not be beat. Extremely professional and had fantastic communication. The owner came a few days before installation to show his crew where we wanted the furnace and AC installed and what changes needed made. They called the day before to tell us what time they would arrive. They were on-time, professional and thorough. Very neat and left no trace of any materials. There was an issue with our thermostat and they stayed until it was resolved. We used another company 13 years ago and the system they installed never cooled our second story. This new system works so well, we haven’t even needed to run a fan in the upstairs rooms! L. Cipriani is the ONLY HVAC company we will ever use.

  Luke came out within a day to view the job and provide a bid. After a few questions about use, current issues and potential improvements he gave me his recommendation and a quote. Of the bids I received, this was both the most reasonable and had better options than the others I received from larger companies. On the scheduled day of installation he brought an entire crew to take out the old furnace and A/C unit. All of the workers were polite, and personable. The entire job, including testing out the systems and answering questions was done in 6 hours. My only regret is the moderate temperature that is preventing me from fully testing the system. I could not have asked for a friendlier, more professional crew.

  This is the kind of crew I want working in my home or business every time there is something to be done. I found the entire team to be trustworthy, dependable and excellent communicators with me and with one another. I was impressed with Luke and Brett from the beginning with their knowledge and professionalism; as well as their willingness to help when others saw fit to try and take advantage. They gave a very fair price and maintained stellar attitudes from start to finish even when circumstances weren’t ideal. Their team included Nate and Antoine who were equally well trained and helped get the installation done properly in record time. Most importantly they treated me, my dog, and my home with respect. My new furnace works great! I can’t wait to try the A/C when it’s time. Good Work Gentlemen!
