  Have used Koziks twice at two different properties for my grandmother's houses with the same result at both. These people are incompetent, over charge, and diagnose problems that do not exist. They're also rude and unprofessional. Both jobs they tried to snake a plugged drain to no avail. Then stated that they would have to come back a week later to dig up and replace a collapsed drain. Both times another drain company has come in and ran camera and jetted the line to clear a plug resulting in working drains again. Better off calling someone else instead of these guys.

  Always a great experience and very knowledgeable. Never left my house without fixing the problem.
