  We purchased a yearly maintenance plan for a set lump sum cost. No work was performed in addition to standard maintenance. They did not honor the maintenance agreement and sent us a bill for additional cost because "our HVAC unit has a heat pump". They did nothing to warrant the an additional charge. The technician was there for 30 minutes.

  I’ve worked with Korschots a handful of times, I had them disconnect an AC unit, as well as repair a furnace that wasn’t working. They always come in a timely manner; and the service techs have always been very friendly and informative. Would highly recommend their services.

  The most difficult frustrating experience getting my air conditioner fixed. They came last week , diagnosed the problem , didn’t have a part , called me today while I am out of town , to install it. My husband can’t be at home this morning so the receptionist told my husband then it will have to be mid-July . How is it possible that their policy is not to schedule but to “fit people in” ? the service techs are available from 9:30 - 3:00 pm . We should all be so lucky to work those hours.
