  We first dealt with another company for a couple of days, but they couldn't find a compatible part to fix our heater. They said we needed a new unit. After that, we called KOL HVAC Repair for a second opinion. Oleg diagnosed, got the part and fixed the heater within a couple of hours. He was honest, professional and the price was fair. We are very happy and highly recommend Oleg.

  We were so fortunate to have found KOL HVAC Repair to help us in a bind when our air conditioner malfunctioned 2 days before having to move out of our house! We sold our house in September 2020, in the middle of a heatwave. Oleg promptly diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary part. He fixed it as fast as possible and the work was reasonably priced. Oleg was friendly and he performed the repair in a professional manner. They will definitely be our trusted contractor for future work.
