  John the owner is great. Hes a hard worker and does the job hes paid to do without delay. Could get more options, but I think John believes in his opinions, and I trust him. I'll definitely have him back in the summer to fix an A/C issue I'm having.

  We have been Koch customers for several decades. As usual, John and Nate treated our house as their own, and provided solid advice in the replacement of our AC and furnace. When our hot water heater coincidentally decided to fail, they adjusted their schedule and were able to do all of the work - HWH, AC and furnace - in one visit. Awesome work, efficient and courteous! That's why we use Koch for all our mechanical needs!

  John is a great technician, he came a day after I called reporting furnace issues and was not able to find anything major. He cleaned all sensors and was very efficient.
