  Paid to have them install a very expensive part for our boiler system, it never worked right, and they refuse to even come out to look at it. giving me the run around for weeks basically saying they don't know what's wrong with it, though I would think they might figure it out if they actually took the time to come look.

  We have been using Loud Brothers for over eight years at three locations (two business and one our home). They are so helpful and courteous all of the time. They come right away when something breaks down and they return my calls after hours as well. Can't ask for a better HVAC company!
