Our kitchen sink was draining very slowly and then not at all. We called Knochelmann based on Google reviews/ratings, hoping someone could come out asap since this meant we also could not use the dishwasher and we are so glad we called them before anyone else! Made the call at and they came to our home in under 3 hours! Once Matthew N. arrived, he checked everything out, began using the pipe snake, explained to us what he was doing and seeing. He showed us the toothpaste like, disgusting blockage of grease and build up from years of use, mixed with very long piping and many turns to the piping. He explained it in terms we understood. Turns out, this was a two person job for a bigger 'jet' machine. To my surprise, Matthew returned the following day with Adam to tackle this mess. They were professional, kind, quick/efficient, affordable and trustworthy (I was doing yard work the whole time they were here and felt fully comfortable). Knochelmann did not charge a second service fee even though they had to come out twice. The service cannot be beat, we will use them for all future needs and highly recommend their company! I've never been so happy and thankful to run the dishwasher :)

We had our spring tune up scheduled and Michael Carter was the tech who came out. Was super polite and professional! Recommended that we change out the filter in our humidifier as it was a mess! Cleaned out the drain and took care of the unit outside as well made some suggestions for us to do prior to the next tune up. He was not overbearing at all with his advice/suggestions. This company is so very easy to deal with as well.

Chuck and Elijah were very professional and friendly. They performed their maintenance on time. They were cautious, putting boots to go downstairs on my carpet. They vacuumed the vent that was dusty above my thermostat. They checked the duct inside my home and the unit outside. All done within an hour. Very efficient! I recommend using Knochelmann’ s services!
