  The service call was reasonably priced. Tech arrived promptly and was courteous and extremely thorough, even making a second attic check to relieve my concerns. He answered all my questions patiently. I knew my old system needed replacing and Kings Heating & Air Conditioning Co. came to describe all the units available in detail. He was also very helpful sharing honest opinion. I was very satisfied with the excellent, respectful service I received today.

  I reached out to Kings Heating & Air Conditioning Co. regarding no cold air from my upstairs unit. I received a call back within 5 minutes and a service tech was dispatched. He called prior to his arrival, diagnosed the problem, advised me of the cause and repair cost. The repair was completed and cold air was restored. Brilliant service!

  Kings Heating & Air Conditioning Co. were able to work us in the very same afternoon. From start to finish every person we interacted with was responsive, informative, and caring. The technician who came out to our house was amazing. He walked us through exactly what was going on with our AC unit. He was honest and fair with pricing. Highly recommend!
