Kilbourne Heating and AC is a great local AC company. Great service, talented and skilled techs, great price point as well. They have a great app that text you your appointment time and date to help you remember, as well when the tech is on their way, a text will let you know so no questioning when will they arrive. I have been using them for about 10 years and  so has all my uncle's and aunt as well. All around good AC company.

Your technician Kellen Speegle went "above and beyond" during our annual AC inspection.  He is a great asset to your company.

Kilbourne  Heating & Air is the best.  I'm born and raised in Florida,  I've used a lot of different A/C companies,  believe me when I tell you these guys are the best.

I called them on a Friday due to the AC system going out completely. They showed up, installed, cleaned up, handled the finances and were done ahead of schedule. They educated me on care and proper service and scheduling of the units prior to leaving as well. Oh, and the owner Mike, came out first to evaluate the job and also as they were working to ensure proper instruction.

Eric Harnes was both professional and very interested in educating me about this system.
Eric is very personable.  Eric took his time to teach me what I should be doing to maintain the system.
He worked quickly and efficiently. Great job!

Outstanding Experience with Kilbourne A/C!  Our A/C stopped working during an especially hot week in September with temps reaching 90 degrees inside the house.   I reached out to Kilbourne and Cesar came out to evaluate and diagnose the problem, he was very thorough and thoughtful.  It was time for a new unit (the previous owner of the house I’d recently purchased had used Kilbourne A/C).  PJ (Paul) & Lucas did a great job installing! They kept me informed and were very patient when explaining the thermostat and the operation of the unit.  Mike, (the owner) stopped by during installation, and was extremely professional.  The entire team was outstanding, polite problem solvers (I apologize as I’m missing a few names at Kilbourne, but I believe in this brief experience and good outcome, I’ve spoken with all their employees:). I seek out locally owned and family operated businesses  - I highly recommend Kilbourne A/C!
