  1/24/22: Air Ref is reliable, responsive and professional. Everything from my call to request my maintenance appointment to the service visit itself, was smooth and professional. My Service Tech Michael was awesome ! He was punctual, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in providing the most professional and complete service and customer care during the visit. His insight and advice with the unique issue I had been having with my rooftop unit, was incredibly helpful and informing. He is friendly and personable, and is a credit to his company. My issue: I have the the odor of sewer gas entering the ductless intake of the rooftop (package) unit. Although this concerning issue is not because of a fault with the A/C unit directly, but presumably a cracked or separated plumbing Vent Stack is allowing sewer gas to seep into the air inside of the ductless return void, from which the A/C intake draws. A repair not involving the A/C, is required to resolve it. Although a very positive customer experience from start to finish, it is because of Michael’s visit today, that my customer image of Air/Ref is so strong. The quality of service is why I have recommended them in the past, and why I will continue to recommend them ! Great job Michael, and thanks again ! Brian M West Palm Beach, FL

  Robert called to advise us that he would be at our hacienda at the scheduled appointment time. Once here, he immediately went about diagnosing the issue with our AC unit "Short Cycling". The main drain was clogged and causing the safety switch to prematurely engage. Robert then checked the Condenser unit's vitals and indicated that the pressures were well within the proscribed levels. I was impressed with the knowledge and efficiency demonstrated by Robert and the Air-Ref Company and would highly recommend them. Thank you for your timely and professional service. M. S.
