  I needed my hot water tank fixed. He came over in just a few hours and fixed it. I've called him with a thermostat problem. He answered and gave me instructions to fix it when he was on vacation in Disney land with his kids. He has installed furnaces, air conditioning and gas hot water tanks in two of my houses. I would recommend him to everyone.

  I was in a pinch. I didn't have the $400 dollars that I was quoted by other heating and cooling folks to fix my furnace. A friend recommended Keith Dowdy at KeyTech Mechanical -- the job was done for half the cost.

  Worst customer service ever I had called to have my fire place fixed I told them I had kids and it was getting cold in the mornings two weeks later I call them back and they said they had another top job the same one they had been doing for two weeks !!!! Keith told me to call my guy and find someone FU*cking else !!!!! Really thats how you run a company clowns I dont want anybody !!!! Dealing with these ppl they only help if its a big job with big money and they do a poor job at that
