  I have used their services since 2014 when they installed my new furnace and air conditioning unit. They are always informative and professional. My most recent service was the installation of a new thermostat. My service technician was Bill B. This was not the first time he has done service at my home. He is always on time, courteous, professional, and explains everything he is doing. I am very thankful he is part of their team. Thank you Bill and Kettle Moraine.

  Top notch in all aspects. Sales person was great . Helpful from the time he met us at our home. Had all the answers to our questions . Had everything set up for the next day install. No problems what so ever.The 3person tech team was beyond great!!!!! They had everything done and cleaned up in less then an 8hour day…Not very often you find a business that operates like this… We can’t Thank all of your Team enough!!!!!

  Doug was excellent. Our 18 yo furnace was not igniting properly and Doug was able to diagnose and fix the issue. We ended up deciding to replace the unit and Doug got that quoted and scheduled as well. Top notch work and a pleasure to deal with!
