  KWA installed our ductless heat pump system ten years ago and have always provided us with prompt, friendly and professional service. When one of our heat pump heads starting having issues with the AC on a Friday before a record setting hot weekend, Kent came the same day and fixed the problem. We were so grateful and cool. Astonishingly, a different head starting having trouble late that same night. We were resigned to a hotish weekend in the house but Kent saved the day again! He came back Saturday morning and took care of business with a smile. KWA really takes care of their customers and I heartily recommend them for all if your heating and cooling needs.

  Great people to work with when your HVAC is on the blink. They get there as soon as they can and work until your sytem is fixed, No high pressure salesman to push you into buying a newm system, just honest repairs.
