  Kennedy installed our system when we had our house built. It's just about 7 years old and we've had problems with it for about 3 years now. We've had a number of professionals come and look at it and it's been confirmed by all that it was not properly installed which has caused the compressor to begin failing due to buildup of non-condensibles. In addition, Kennedy did not register our unit upon installation, which any professional company does, so we did not get our full 10 hear warranty that would have replaced the problem we are now having. We were brand new homeowners and feel taken advantage of. We've been told that the improper installation means we will not get the full life out of our system.

  Kennedy Fuel installed four mini-split units in our home. Ours is an old home, so the insulation isn't up to the standards of today; however, these units are simply wonderful. First time we've been comfortable, anywhere in our home, during the winter and we can't wait for summer as the units do AC as well. The Kennedy Fuel team for bidding, installation and follow up are excellent. Everything went well with the installation even though our home is framed differently (White City Home), which was a concern, but the folks at Kennedy figured it out. Both my wife and I are extremely pleased with the new heating and cooling system as well as everyone we met at Kennedy Fuel. Superior organization, top to bottom for sure, one we would highly recommend. We also found them to be extremely honest and trustworthy. FYI their prices are extremely competitive.   Price was reasonable, showed up on schedule, followed contracted parameters. Workmanship was adequate. Worked until 6:30 pm finishing the installation. Got the energy rebate deducted from the total bill. However after one weekend, the unit was off on safety lock out. They will return under warranty, just inconvenient. Providing they can repair it, I would give them a 92% customer satisfaction rating.
