  Customer service was great and the work they did for the company building was, flawless. We were without A/C for 3 days because competitors refused to come out until the time was fit for them. I had a technician out here in 15 minutes, fixed our unit, and saved us $500. Call Ken Baker for a quality repair or installation.

  Call someone else! I purchased a $6,000+ new A/C Unit and Ken Baker Services installed it incorrectly. We had problems from the minute they installed it. Within 2 years, it stopped working and needed a warranty part which cost me an extra $600 because they installed it wrong. The new company had to re-install it to fix it. I contacted the BBB for help and Ken Baker stopped responding to them!!! Call someone else!
