  Kemp Commercial Heating & Cooling is very responsive, well organized and punctual. Technician arrived on time, was very careful to cover his shoes before stepping into the apartment. He checked and rechecked his work to make sure that the heating system was working well. He explained the maintenance work he had done. I am very pleased with the Kemp Commercial Heating & Cooling.   Was able to schedule quickly over the phone. I received the email confirmation as told I would during scheduling. Received call from the technician day of before arrival. Service tech was friendly and explained anything he found I needed to pay attention to. Service went smooth and will continue to use Kemp Commercial Heating & Cooling as a result.

  Our air conditioning went out days before a family get together on a very humid weekend. Thanks to Kemp Commercial Heating & Cooling, we enjoyed the family time in comfort. Support was great, installation went well, and the work was quality. I am very pleased with the price and the equipment.
