  I called the company to get a quote on installing a new HVAC system for my commercial space on Jan 6th at 10:16am and spoke with James Lamprecht. He was a nice and told me that he was currently in his car and that he would call me shortly to see what his schedule was for the next day. After not receiving a call, I figure that he had forgot and I would call back. I could at 1:06PM the same day. I was told that he was now in a meeting and that my message would be passed to him. I tried again Jan.10th at 9:30am and just got a voice message. From what I can tell, this is a business owned by a minority women that I wanted to support. I hope this review will help this company realize that not responding is BAD for business.
