  OUTSTANDING COMPANY . I called this company on 1/18/2022 at 9am and they replaced the pump and pipes by 12 noon the same day. If you want same day service this is the company to call. The Owner Donald came out and looked at the system within 30 minutes of my call. Told me what was wrong. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The price was well below what I expected. They even gave me the choice to pay after a few days. Which I paid the same day. This was my first time using them. I just moved here 1 year ago. They made me feel like I was family and a long life customer. This company go well beyond good service . The lady at the office really know how to make you feel welcome. Thanks again KCW water well service. If I could give more stars I would.

  Cannot rate this place high enough. Woke up to no running water when it worked fine the night before. Started calling around immediately. Most places didn't even answer and the ones that did, don't service my area. KCW answered their phone and was courteous, knowledgeable, and up front about their rates before I even asked. He explained the price range I was looking at depending what might be wrong with my well. Donald came out quickly, already had the parts on hand, and got my well running in no time. Rates seem very reasonable even though I honestly don't have any other estimates to compare it to. I will never use or recommend another Well Service besides KCW ever again.
