  If give him no stars if I could. I have no clue what happen with this company, it started out fine, technician was running late, but Dan the guy that answers the phone sent me a text letting me know he was still coming, that was a thumbs up in my book. He charged us for a service call to diagnose the fan was bad in a brand new furnace. I'm havening trouble believing anything they tell me now. I purchased a second brand new furnace and lost money on it. Since the beginning of December he has been telling me he's coming out next week he's just really busy, then it's next week. Last week he picked up the phone and promised he'd call me back the next day that he would get it scheduled. No call no show. This guys full of excuses. Don't hire him. I even sent a text asking should I just find another company and he didn't have the courtesy to respond to that.
