  We have always had a great experience with Hoekstra. They have replaced both my furnace and AC over the years and I have always found them to be honest, responsive, reliable and easy to work with. When my ancient furnace finally died they helped me figure out a way to finance a new one that was affordable, even on my tight single-mom budget. Today they came right after I called to fix a problem with my furnace and the service man took the time to explain the system to me so that I maintain it properly and make educated decisions about future services. Will definitely continue to use them for maintenance of both AC and furnace.

  Tyler from Hoekstra replaced a difficult to replace part and the furnace worked properly again. He was extremely professional and friendly, while doing a thorough job. They did everything they said they would and came out on time. No hidden charges- they were very upfront about pricing! All four people I interacted with at Hoekstra were excellent. Would recommend them.

  Hired them through Costco for replacing a 20+ year old AC. Took over a week for someone to come take a look and give an estimate. But once that was done, remaining work went quick. Got the AC installed in 4 days after that. Even though there was only one installer doing the job, everything was completed in one day. The installer, Chris, did a pretty good job. He was very courteous and was willing to answer any questions about the installation, the unit and components.The entire work area was covered with drop cloth, so it remained mostly clean. Cleaning up after the work was not very thorough though; Found a few screws lying around which could have hurt our feet as we don't use footwear inside the house. Although not in the contract, the installer replaced the existing thermostat with a Nest I had bought. Not sure why the installers are not provided with bigger vehicles, as the installer did not have enough room to haul away the old AC, its foundation, pipes, packaging for the new AC, etc., some of which were left for us to dispose of. Overall it was a job well done and I'd recommend Chris and Hoekstra.
