  The best in the business. They are absolute experts, and are 100 percent trustworthy, which I really value. They don't make things up and do everything they can to keep the costs down. One time it turned out that the issue was insignificant; even though, they were there for an hour they did fixed it for no charge. It is a wonderful family establishment. I have used them for multiple properties throughout the years.

  KW Smith has provided us with excellent service at both residential and commercial locations. At both sites they advised to save money others encouraged us to spend and drafted a plan to maintain our equipment that has resulted in great performance and lower costs. There is no one else I would recommend for your home or commercial HVAC needs.

  In one word: Excellence! I have a large and complicated air conditioning system with many separate units, but this has never been a challenge for KW Smith. Their employees are some of the most competent, responsive and fair people I have ever had the pleasure to work with, including the expert technician, Jay, and the outstanding Melinda and Marvett. If you want a headache free experience with a company who actually knows what they are doing, I highly recommend KW Smith.
