  If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I called to have a Viking stove problem diagnosed and repaired. The process began in March 2017. The first "technician" misdiagnosed the problem, so when Nash, the owner of the company, returned to install the parts, the wrong parts had been ordered. I understand that can happen. Nash, stated that he saw the problem and called a Viking rep. A few WEEKS later, Nash returns, again, wrong parts. A. few weeks pass, I call to inquire. No one has any answers, this was around May, 2017. After getting no answers, I request a refund, the receptionist says she will relay that to Nash. I hear nothing until I make a call (very poor customer service skills) and the receptionist states that Nash has the request and she is waiting for approval. A few days pass and Nash calls, not me, but my girlfriend, and says he has the correct part and will make the repair. He returns, I am there with him as she is working. Again, WRONG PART, this occurred in June 2017. We get back from vacation and try to give him another opportunity to get it right. On August 28, 2017 Nash returns, you guessed it, WRONG PART !!!!!!. In September, I am finally able to speak to Nash on the phone, I ask where my refund is and Nash states that he has run into problems with the business. By the way it appears that he runs his business, I'm not surprised. He says he needs more time to refund. We are patient people. October 6 2017, patience has finally run out. Request for a full refund. Nash replies with a text that I have should it become necessary in small court. The text reads "Yes I give up with Viking, I will refund half ur money Cuz u only paid for parts only". DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. I will update this pending outcome of refund issue and or court case status, if it has to go to that.

  Great work. Fixed our 20 year old air conditioner 2 years ago and it is still going great!
