  Superb work, found the trouble instantly and fixed it. Prompt reply, within the hour of being contacted and arrived when he said he would. I will use him again and highly recommend.

  Cool Breeze did not only not find the simple issue with my appliance (the GFCI outlet I couldn't reach behind the appliance was simply tripped and needed to be reset), they incorrectly diagnosed it as a more major electric issue and then left the appliance in poor condition with brackets not being reattached correctly and bending multiple components which don't move smoothly anymore. I would not recommend Cool Breeze to anyone as they did not do a thorough job at all and they left the appliance in worse condition than it was when they arrived.
