  Ben and his crew arrived on time to install our new Mitsubishi mini-split system and finished ahead of schedule. They were pleasant, flexible, and creative about fitting the system to our home. It cools quickly, and runs whisper quiet. K&B Heating Furnace & Cooling's price also beat a competitive bid pretty significantly. I had used them before to install a new furnace and tank less hot water heater at a previous home, and had a similarly great experience. I would recommend them to anybody.

  I've been using K&B Heating Furnace & Cooling team for annual maintenance for several years. Our new furnace was recently purchased. During the sales process, Joe was extremely helpful - he explained our options in detail, was very clear, and answered all of my questions. The installation crew, were quick, thorough, and left everything spotless. Great job to keep a customer happy. Would never use anyone else for HVAC needs.

  I called K&B Heating Furnace & Cooling for service due to issues with the furnace. A technician was sent out the same day I called, I did call early in the morning. He was quite professional and courteous. Did a thorough check of my furnace and was able to pinpoint the issue. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will always recommend him.
