  Hamilton Heating & Cooling arrived within the window of time they said they would come. We just needed a new thermostat and they identified the problem and did a replacement without trying to sell us anything we didn't need. Three years ago we had a different company tell us we needed a new unit, we still have the same unit and they said it was working fine. Tech took time to explain and seemed very knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again!

  The woman who scheduled our appointment was very nice, and scheduled our appointment quickly. On the day of our visit, the company sent a bio of the technician, and a picture, which made me feel at ease when he arrived. John arrived promptly on time, diagnosed the issue quickly and had the system back up and running within two hours.He went above and beyond, and definitely earned our lifetime business. I definitely recommend this company above any other, and I had several come out before Hamilton Heating & Cooling.

  Jim was amazing. He showed me what needed to be done with a valve repair and he was professional and very knowledgeable on what he was doing with the repair. He has been the best HVAC guy that has come through our doors from Jim. A huge thank you to Hamilton Heating & Cooling!
