  We used JP Dunn to install an Amtrol Indirect Hot Water storage tank in our heating system to make more efficient use of our wood fired boiler in the winter heating season. Work was performed by technician Joe Wilt in a fast, professional manner. We have used Jim’s company for all of our heating and cooling needs for many years and are very happy with his services.

  My furnace went out. I had Eversources' maintenance/repair company Pinnacle they said 1 week. Called JP Dunn and the Technician was there in 2 hrs and in 45 minutes my furnace was repaired!

  A friend of mine gave me JP Dunn’s name. I made a phone call and they sent Jim to my house. He was very professional and even wore booties. He looked at my furnace and radiators, discussed my options for a new heating system. Within 3 days I received my quote via email , I called and scheduled the appointment. Fast forward to the date my install was scheduled ,in which leads to my review. I (homeowner) cannot be more satisfied with the professionalism of taking out the old boiler and installing the new one. I have painted concrete floors and painted steps and there wasn’t even a scratch on them. The quality of the workmanship of the piping etc was the best I’ve seen. From the time they arrived to the end of the day, after checking the radiators to make sure everything was working, there isn’t any words I can say or write to say how 100% pleased with the job.
