  Awesome Experience with this company! I am new to this area so asked a friend for a recommendation for Heating and Air. She quickly replied they ONLY use Joyner and Dickens for all their needs, with no hesitation. J & D responded quickly to my request for an estimate and also worked to find a creative way to install the new electrical, refrigerant and condensation line discreetly by utilizing an indoor closet instead of going outside my home and using a gutter to cover the new lines (as another estimator had recommended as my unit is in my attic). I converted from Dual Fuel to RUUD Electric Heat Pump easily and effortlessly with the expertise of this phenomenal crew! The inspector verified that the job was of top quality and easily passed inspection requirements. Now I will save on propane costs since that is gone from my upstairs unit and to top it all off their installed price was $3,000 less than two other estimators that looked at my job. The workers were extremely polite and meticulous in placing plastic barrier lining/coverings all over my house to protect my home throughout the process. By the way the unit is running quietly, efficiently and cooling very nicely. This is the best place to trust for your heating and air conditioning needs in Lee County for sure.

  Well, I tried to use this business because they came so highly recommended, however... if you don't have Trane in your home/business, they won't accept you as a new customer. Who ever heard of a company not wanting to expand their business???
