My service with this company was SO POOR that they don’t even rate a full star! The company had serviced AC, only to have it go out again 45 days later. When I called back to have one of my units serviced again, not only did they NOT fix the problem, but they made it worse by making the other unit in my house go out. When I finally got a hold of them the next day, they told me that their technician did not touch my other unit. I told him I thought it was funny that my AC was working fine in one of my units until their technician showed up, and it was ironic how the AC in the whole house was knocked out after their service! Not only did they not fix things, they made it worse!!! The man I spoke was insulted that I was insinuating his people would actually do something make matters worse for the customer while trying to create more business for themselves. He couldn’t understand how I might draw a conclusion about my AC working fine until they showed up… but after reading the other reviews, I am not really surprised. I Informed them that not only would I not ever do business with them again, and that I would write a review so others would be warned not to employee their services.

These people are absolute thieves. They treated me like I was trying to steal from them when I told them my system had quit working and they had installed it two years earlier. They made sure to tell me how little of the work would be covered by warranty etc. Ok got it I just needed the system to work! They charged me $165 to come out and told me the drain pipe was clogged but that they had unclogged it. Two days later the system stopped again. When I called to get them back out they said they can't guarantee that it won't clog again..really after two days? I asked if they could explain how they knew they fixed it in the first place and the woman hung up on me! I finally paid another firm to come out two weeks later. I found out that the unit was actually critically low on coolant. I was told that Jones and Jones had probably failed to completely fill it upon installation. Regardless wouldn't that be the FIRST thing a repair tech should've checked? Now it works and I must tell you to BEWARE! These people were awful!
