  Just wanted to share my experience with others. The company is great as far as responsiveness, quality, and professionalism. My one complaint is the Value/price. I was charged $198.46 for a capacitor that costs less than $8.55 retail. I called and spoke with Billy to raise my concern and was told that is what they charge... with a Military discount. The 3 pics show my concern one is my invoice from the company, 2 is the actual capacitor they replaced, and 3 is the capacitor I easily found for $8.55.

  I have been using Jimmy Hall for my a/c service for years and have always been pleased with their service. First they replaced my exterior HVAC unit and thermostat for an unbelievably low price. I continuously call them for maintenance and they are always here within a reasonable time. I called 6:30 this morning and they were here within 2 hours and continuously kept me updated. I highly recommend them.

  Well I have nothing but FABULOUS things to say about my service. It started with Ed who was very attentive to get someone out to our house. We had a few issues going on and we had the pleasure of getting three service men out....Domingo, Larry, and Corey. All were very helpful, honest, and professional. We use Jimmy Hall heating and air for our rental properties also. This our first time directly with our personal home. KUDOS TO YOU ALL!!!!! THANK YOU!!
