  Jones Heating Service, LLC was completely nonresponsive to my need for a new heating system. They were 2+ hours late in arriving to review the current system to prepare an estimate. It has been over 9 weeks and I still have not received an estimate for a new system, despite my three follow-up phone calls. I have been unable to even get a firm schedule for providing an estimate. My recommendation is don't waste your time with this business and avoid the unnecessary frustration.

  Eric in an absolutely wonderful person to deal with. He came in and gave me straight and accurate information about a problem with my water boiler. All of his pricing was fair when it came to all parts and services. He also was extremely informative, answering any questions that I had and explaining how the systems in my home worked. He also advised me of things that "could be fixed" but weren't necessary or a huge concern. Eric also found and fixed problems not related to the hot water heater installation that would have cost additional money. This included fixing out a burned out connection on a circuit board which controlled the circulating pump on my oil burner, rather than charging $300 for a new part. If you are looking for an honest and fair expert in the field of heating for your home, go with Jones Heating Services. Eric and his wife are great to work with and will always give it to you straight!
