  I have always had first class service at Johnstone supply. I usually don’t have a lot of time but they have always been able to meet my needs in a timely manner as well as providing great customer services and support. Ask for Antonio if you’re visiting their Orem location, he’s always a pleasure to work with.

  The guy who answered the phone literally laughed at me when asked if they sold to the public. They can't even answer that question without being smug/rude. I understand that it's probably asked a lot, but at least be polite.

  Came in for a will call pickup & dealt with Gerald H. And was not impressed with his attitude or customer service. He seemed annoyed to help us and when signing for the pickup, as he was holding a pen in his hand, asked if we had our own pen, which I did not and he then tossed one at us on the counter from a drawer. Other staff seemed great would not recommend working with Gerald.
