  My certified hvac tech uses this supplier for Goodman products, my unit was defective since day 1 and lasted 30 days , and has been repaired 3 times in that 30 days. I have been out of ac more then I have had ac. Now this time he is waiting on johnstone to honor a warranty replacement for a brand new 3 ton unit and I have been out of ac for 10 days in my house. My technician cannot do anything about it because he's waiting on Johnstone, which claims to be waiting on Goodman, so leaving customers without ac because of this issue is ridiculous. Hints the bad review.....

  Hi Christopher - Unfortunately, there is not much we can do without having the information of the Tech/Business that you are referencing. We are a business to business company that deals directly with the contractor. We reached out to the branch manager at the Monroe location and there has been no issues with a unit replacement that he is aware of.
