  My HVAC unit was in its last leg and I reached out to Better Choice to quote a new system. They were responsive, thorough and explained my options without high pressure tactics. The install with Brandon and his guys went very smoothly and the guys stayed late to complete the install and cleaned up afterward, as if it was their own house. These guys are professional, respectful of your time and would highly recommend Better Choice.

  Very responsive company and easy to deal with. The rep who came to my house (Billy N) was very knowledgeable and took time to go over the results of the yearly maintenance check with me. He also explained the benefits of a service agreement, and I purchased one. I would recommend this company!
